What are the recommended notebook/computer specifications for architectural students especially for those who are studying architecture in Australia Unis like Uni of Sydney, UNSW, Uni of Melbourne, Uni of Adelaide or Uni of Queensland?
I’ll be going there next February Intake.

When it comes to your line of study, you need top of the line: processing power, RAM, a fast RPM hard drive, and a very good dedicated graphics card.
Most architecture students I know go with Apple laptops–especially when it comes to CAD. You can make do with a cheap laptop to be sure, but you should be using the best of the best, especially if you deal with programs in 3d
